We are new to the area and Scott was so helpful in letting us know what was nearby as we looked at each house. He’s extremely familiar with area and that helped us narrow it down to a few choices. He listened and understood what we wanted; what was our “must-haves” in our new home. He helped us envision the home by discussing key things like where we could set up this or that. Scott was helping me look for either a house on property that I could build a big garage on or a big empty building/warehouse that I could use for a garage. So, we looked at quite few places and although I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, I knew I would know it when I saw it. He was very patient with me, and when the perfect building (a old Cabinet shop) we knew this was the place.
